Every project includes documentation, training, full admin handoff and 30 days of support. Software licenses and hosting are listed separately in your proposal. AI usage (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure) is billed by the provider to your own account, usually a few dollars to a few hundred a month, and is estimated in your proposal.
