Phoenix, Arizona
AI and workflow automation for Phoenix-area businesses
The Valley has grown fast, and many businesses have grown with it by adding people to keep up with the paperwork, scheduling and data entry. Ironwood Logic builds AI-powered automation inside the software you already use, so growth stops depending on more hands. We're an Arizona firm based in Tucson. Every project has a fixed price and a written scope, and you own everything we build.
Built for the Valley's business mix
Where automation pays off in Phoenix
From the West Valley's warehouses to Tempe and Chandler's tech suppliers, these are the workflows we'd look at first. They are typical examples, not client stories.
Semiconductor and manufacturing suppliers
Component suppliers, machine shops and contract manufacturers
- Before
- Customer purchase orders, quality certificates and supplier paperwork arrive by email in different formats, and someone retypes and files each one.
- With AI
- AI reads each order and certificate, creates or matches the job and files the paperwork against it.
- A person
- Quality and sales staff approve anything that doesn't match the order or spec.
Warehousing and logistics
3PLs, distributors and freight brokers
- Before
- Rate confirmations, bills of lading and proof-of-delivery documents are checked by hand before anyone can invoice.
- With AI
- AI matches each delivery document to its load and drafts the invoice as soon as the paperwork is complete.
- A person
- Only missing paperwork and rate differences need attention.
HVAC, solar and home services
Contractors and service companies with seasonal peaks
- Before
- When the heat arrives, calls, texts and web requests pile up faster than the office can schedule them, and quotes go out late.
- With AI
- AI sorts requests by urgency and job type, books the right technician and drafts quotes and follow-ups from your pricing.
- A person
- Dispatchers handle emergencies and approve quotes over a limit.
Homebuilders and real estate
Builders, brokerages, title and escrow firms
- Before
- Contracts, addenda, selections and closing documents move through email, and staff track every deadline in a spreadsheet.
- With AI
- AI reads each document, updates the deal or job record and sends reminders before deadlines are missed.
- A person
- Agents and coordinators approve anything sent to a buyer or seller.
Multi-location businesses
Clinics, franchises and service businesses with several sites
- Before
- Each location reports differently, and someone compiles spreadsheets every week to see how the business is doing.
- With AI
- Data from every location flows into one report automatically, and AI writes a short summary of what changed and why.
- A person
- Managers get the numbers that need a decision, not a pile of spreadsheets.
Back-office teams
Insurance agencies, accounting firms and lenders
- Before
- Applications, statements and client documents arrive in every format, and staff chase missing items one email at a time.
- With AI
- AI reads each document, fills in the file and requests what's missing.
- A person
- Nothing is approved or sent to a client without a professional's sign-off.

How we work with Phoenix businesses
Remote by default, in person when it matters
Most of the work is remote. Discovery, workflow walkthroughs and reviews happen on video calls and shared screens, which keeps the cost down and the schedule moving.
In person when the project needs it. If seeing a warehouse floor, job site or front desk would change what we build, we'll drive up from Tucson. Your proposal says whether a visit is part of the plan.
An Arizona firm. Your vendor works under the same state law and the same clock as you, and is about two hours away rather than a few time zones.
Built to outlast us. Everything runs in accounts in your name, documented under our No Lock-in Pledge, so your team can run it or hand it to someone else.
The offer
Fixed-price projects, sized to the job
AutoStart
One workflow automated end to end, from $2,500, usually in 4 to 6 weeks.
AutoScale
Connected workflows across sales, service and finance, at a fixed quote. Built for businesses that have outgrown their spreadsheets.
Fixed means fixed
The price in your proposal is the price you pay. If the work doesn't meet the written success criteria, we keep working until it does.
Month-to-month care
Optional care plans keep things running, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Questions from Phoenix owners
Before you book
You're based in Tucson. Do you work with Phoenix businesses?
Yes. We work with businesses across Arizona. Most of the work happens remotely, and when a project needs someone on site, we drive up from Tucson.
Which parts of the Valley do you cover?
All of it, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria and the West Valley.
We're growing fast. Should we hire or automate?
Often both, but automation should come first for work that's repetitive and rule-based, such as data entry, scheduling, document handling and reporting. That way new hires spend their time on work that needs a person. The discovery call is a good place to sort out which is which.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. We start with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho and the AI you already pay for, and add a new tool only when nothing you own can do the job. Any new cost is listed in your proposal.
How much does a first project cost?
AutoStart projects start at $2,500 with a fixed price and written scope. AI usage, if any, is billed by the provider to your own account and estimated in your proposal. See pricing for details.
Where is growth creating more paperwork than progress?
