Ironwood Logic is a technology consulting and architecture firm providing advisory, design, and implementation services related to cloud infrastructure, security, automation, and operational systems.

- Ironwood Logic delivers architecture, documentation, and systems transparently, consistent with its “Glass Box” methodology.
- Ironwood Logic does not claim ownership of client systems or proprietary business processes.
Specific ownership, licensing, and usage rights are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
5. Consulting Services
All consulting services provided by Ironwood Logic are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or equivalent contract.
Nothing on this Site creates a consulting relationship unless and until such an agreement is executed.
6. Hosting and Managed Environments
In some engagements, Ironwood Logic may provide or manage secure cloud or hosted environments on behalf of clients.
- Hosting terms, responsibilities, and service levels are defined contractually.
- Ironwood Logic does not assume responsibility for third-party platform outages or failures beyond its reasonable control.
- Clients remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to their data.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Ironwood Logic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of Site content
- The availability or reliability of the Site
- Results that may be achieved through use of information on the Site
